IMPACT: Possible interruption to the Portal and calling services for both Philadelphia and Phoenix. Please note that any user who is not logged out of the Portal prior to the maintenance window may need to log back in to the portal after maintenance has been completed.
What are we doing?
FlexIP will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday September 15, 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM ET. During this maintenance window FlexIP engineers will be performing upgrades to support continued optimization of our Portal.
Why are we doing it?
To improve our software and stability of our Portal. This change will deploy improvements and changes with our portal to provide a better user experience for our partners.
