EVENT END TIME: 4:00 AM EDT - 08/11/2017
IMPACT: Possible momentary interruption to the Portal for both Philadelphia and Phoenix.
What are we doing?
FlexIP will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday August 11, 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM ET. During this maintenance window FlexIP engineers will be performing upgrades to support continued optimization of our Portal.
Why are we doing it?
To improve our software and stability of our Portal. This change will deploy improvements and changes with our portal to provide a better user experience for our partners.
What can I expect?
We don't expect any interruption to calling services. The maintenance window takes into account prep work, post change validation and testing, and backing out, if necessary.
