What are we doing?
FlexIP will be performing emergency maintenance on Thursday July 20, 04:00 AM to 06:00 AM ET. During this maintenance window FlexIP engineers will be performing maintenance on some components related to call services.
Why are we doing it?
To improve our software and stability of our calling platform This change will deploy improvements and changes to provide a better user experience for our partners.
What can I expect?
We expect a momentary impact to call setup and transfer functionality. This impact should last less than 5 minutes and active calls will not be impacted. The window takes into account prep work, post change validation and testing, and backing out, if necessary.
