Customers utilizing Level 3 phone numbers in the New York area are currently being impacted by issues with a Verizon OC48 circuit that Level 3 utilizes in that area. Level 3 and Verizon are currently working to resolve the issue but there is currently no ETA. FlexIP will stay in contact with Level 3 and provide updates as they become available to us.
